Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook. Cook (born on the 4th of October 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared in the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the TV show Into the West and Perception. She also voices for a variety of characters from Robot Chicken and Tifa Lockhart in the Final Fantasy series, starting with the English version of the film Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is of Italian descent. Cook has made her public service announcement in foster care at seven years old. Cook also began modeling as a child print model when she was 10 years old and was featured on national commercials for Target. She attended Clara Barton Open School at Laurel Springs School and Minneapolis South High School.
